The theme cake Erika created for my mother’s 80th birthday party was both beautiful and delicious. We took the top tier home for the family’s consumption and, after five days of refrigeration, it was as moist then as it was the day Erika delivered it. Later that week, the pastor’s wife called to get Erika’s contact information to order a cake for her granddaughter’s birthday. So when I say that Erika’s cakes are “heavenly,” I really mean it.
